Libby just assisted us with the purchase of a house in Hillsdale, NY. She was terrific to work with, very responsive to our requests, and very knowledgable about the market. She provided great advice and was very helpful to us in navigating the process. My husband and I would whole-heartedly recommend Libby to anyone, including our closest friends and family. She sold us a home in April and told us right from the beginning that she was acting as a duel representative, which meant she was representing the sellers as well. She told us that if at anytime we felt at all uncomfortable, just to let her know and one of the other agents would take over as our realtor; however, this was not necessary. Libby was by all means professional, and even though she was representing both sides, we never once felt like she was being pushy or unfair. We also felt confident that she was not going back and telling the sellers any prices or budgets that we had discussed with her. She was warm and welcoming, even inviting us to her home office at night or on Sundays to sign paperwork. Even though her workday was technically over, she did all she could to make sure the process went as quickly and smoothly as possible for us, which it did. She also was so sweet and gave us a "Welcome Home" package upon moving in. She was wonderful and we encourage anyone who is looking for a home in her area to contact her. She was absolutely lovely.
